Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹38,000/- per month. In addition, they will be eligible for:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Medical facilities
- 12 days of Casual Leave per year and other applicable leaves
- TA/DA for official tours
- Eligible for unfurnished residential accommodation (subject to availability) or House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Passed 12th Standard.
- A Diploma in Health & Sanitation.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Health & Sanitation.
- Proficiency in the Tamil language is required. Candidates must produce their SSLC/X Standard certificate as proof of having studied Tamil as a subject or medium of instruction.
Age Limit
The upper age limit as of 01/09/2025 is as follows:
- General (UR) / EWS: 30 Years
- OBC (NCL): 33 Years
- SC: 35 Years
Age relaxation for PwBD and Ex-servicemen will be as per Government of India guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a Written Test.
- The test will consist of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks.
- The duration of the test will be 120 minutes.
- The question paper will be in English.
- Exam Pattern:
- General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, and Numerical Ability: 20 Marks
- Relevant Subjects (Health & Sanitation): 80 Marks
- There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Project Affected Persons (PAPs) of NLCIL will be given 20 bonus marks.

- The engagement is purely on a Fixed Term Employment basis for three years.
