Salary Details
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration.
- Consolidated Pay: ₹85,833/- per month.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following essential qualifications and experiences:
- Post-graduate in Clinical Embryology (full-time program, minimum four semesters) with an additional three years of experience in a human ART laboratory.
- OR
- Ph.D. (full-time, project related to Clinical Embryology/ART/fertility) with an additional one year of experience in a human ART laboratory.
- OR
- MBBS or BVSc with a post-graduate degree in Clinical Embryology (full-time program) and an additional two years of experience in an ART laboratory.
- OR
- Post-graduate in Life Sciences or Biotechnology with a minimum of one-year on-site, full-time clinical embryology certified training, plus four years of experience in a registered ART level 2 clinic.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as of the closing date (29.10.2025).
Selection Process
The selection of the candidate will be based on performance in a Written Test and/or a Personal Interview. The date for the selection process will be announced later on the official JIPMER website.

- UR/OBC/EWS: ₹500 + Transaction Charges
- SC/ST: ₹250 + Transaction Charges

Instructions
- The appointment is purely on a contract basis, initially for 11 months, and may be extended based on requirements.
- The contract appointee is not eligible for benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, or official accommodation.
- The appointee shall be on a whole-time appointment and cannot engage in any private practice.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the post.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.
