Salary Details
The pay scale for Officer Grade A is ₹62500 – 3600 (4) – 76900 – 4050 (7) – 105250 – EB – 4050 (4) – 121450 – 4650 (1) – 126100 (17 years).
- Gross Emolument: At Mumbai, the approximate gross emolument is ₹1,84,000 per month without accommodation and ₹1,43,000 per month with accommodation.
- Other Benefits: Include Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses, Education Allowance, Staff Furnishing Scheme, and more as per SEBI regulations.
Educational Qualification
- General: Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Engineering, or qualification as a Chartered Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst/Company Secretary/Cost Accountant.
- Legal: A mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate is desirable.
- Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification in computer science/application or IT.
- Research: Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in fields like Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English at the Bachelor’s level, or related qualifications in Sanskrit/English/Economics/Commerce with Hindi at the Bachelor’s level.
- Engineering (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Working knowledge of electronic systems and maintenance experience is desirable.
- Engineering (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in construction project management and property maintenance is desirable.
Age Limit
Candidates must not be over 30 years of age as of September 30, 2025. This means applicants must have been born on or after October 01, 1995. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three phases :
- Phase I: An online examination consisting of two papers.
- Phase II: Shortlisted candidates from Phase I will appear for another online examination with two papers.
- Interview: Candidates shortlisted in Phase II will be called for an interview.
