Salary Details
- Pay Level: Level 2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).
- Total Emoluments: Approximately ₹37,000 per month (including DA, HRA, and TA as per rules).
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) plus one of the following:
- ITI certificate or National/State Trade Certificate in the relevant trade.
- OR 2 years of full-time experience as an apprentice trainee in the trade.
- OR 3 years of relevant work experience in a Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of January 21, 2026.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10–15 years), and Ex-Servicemen as per GoI norms.
Selection Process
- Screening: Applications will be screened for shortlisting.
- Trade Test: Shortlisted candidates must pass a qualifying Trade Test.
- Written Examination: Qualified candidates will sit for a competitive exam consisting of three papers (Mental Ability, General Awareness/English, and Subject-specific).
