Salary Details
- Head SeMT: Max ₹37.0 lakh per annum (as per market/experience)
- Senior Consultant: Max ₹30.0 lakh per annum
- Consultant: Max ₹20.0 lakh per annum
- Increments/hikes commensurate with candidate profile but capped at respective post-wise max CTC.
- Contractual posts; no claim for regularization.
Educational Qualification
Head SeMT
- Essential:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in a related technical field (from reputed institution)
- PG: M.Tech / M.S. / MBA or equivalent
- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master/Agile or comparable project/program mgmt. certification (min. 6 months)
- Desirable:
- TOGAF/ITIL/ISO 27001/Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, Big Data etc.
- BI/Data Analytics/Digital India/e-Gov certifications
- Experience:
- 15+ years in IT project management/consulting/implementation, incl. 8+ years managing large projects
- 2+ public procurement/bid mgmt. cycles
- Must have led at least 1 large-scale, online program incl. IT ops/data center/Cybersecurity
- Preferably experience in Govt/Public sector setups, extensive technology/bid mgmt.
Senior Consultant
- Essential:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent (as above)
- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/Agile/project mgmt. certification (min. 6 months)
- Desirable:
- PG: M.Tech/MS/MBA
- Emerging technology/ITIL/TOGAF certifications
- Experience:
- Min. 10 years in IT project management, incl. 3+ years managing large projects
- At least 1 project in technologies like Big Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Blockchain etc.
- Public procurement/RFP/evaluation experience (DPR/EoI/RFP management)
Consultant
- Essential:
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/Agile/project management (min. 6 months)
- Desirable:
- PG preferred; certifications as above
- Experience:
- Min. 5 years in IT project management/e-Governance implementation
- At least 1 project in Big Data/Cybersecurity/AI/Blockchain/Cloud etc.
- Experience with bid management, procurement, RFP/DPR/EOI
All posts require strong knowledge of e-Governance, experience with government processes and digital transformation projects is desirable.
Age Limit
- All posts: Not exceeding 55 years as on last date of application (20.08.2025)

Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility, meeting qualification & technical criteria, and profile.
- Aptitude / Psychometric Test: All eligible candidates must appear online (min. 50% to qualify).
- Interview: Only shortlisted (post-test) candidates called for Online/Personal Interview.
- Final Selection: Weightage to experience, skills, performance in test/interview.
- NOC required for candidates in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies.
