- Technician ‘A’: Pay Matrix Level-2, Rs. 19,900–63,200; starting approx. Rs. 38,908 p.m. at Bangalore and Rs. 34,230 p.m. at Tirupati.
- Office Assistant (Gr.III): Pay Matrix Level-2, Rs. 19,900–63,200; starting approx. Rs. 38,908 (Bangalore), Rs. 36,918 (Kozhikode), Rs. 36,220 (Kalaburagi).
Educational Qualification
- Exhibition Assistant ‘A’: Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Art/Fine Arts/Commercial Arts.
- Technician ‘A’: SSC/Matriculation with ITI or equivalent in relevant discipline (Carpentry/Fitter/Electronics/Electrical); 1-year experience after 2-year ITI or 2 years after 1-year ITI, in the relevant trade.
- Office Assistant (Gr.III): Higher Secondary or equivalent; must qualify typing test 10 minutes at 35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi on computer (10500/9000 KDPH) with certificate from Govt. recognized institution.
Age Limit
- Exhibition Assistant ‘A’ and Technician ‘A’: Not more than 35 years as on 20/10/2025; relaxations as per Govt. of India rules.
- Office Assistant (Gr.III): Not more than 25 years as on 20/10/2025; relaxations as per Govt. of India rules.
- Note: Date for determining age and qualification is the closing date of online application.
Selection Process
- Written Test/Skill Test/Typing Test as applicable; mere possession of qualifications does not entitle shortlisting; reserved category selection based on state of domicile as applicable.
- Admit cards will be sent to registered email and by post to the present address; valid photo ID required at test venue.
- Final decision rests with VITM; candidates may be posted/transferred to any NCSM unit across India; women candidates encouraged to apply.
