Salary Details
- Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I): Rs. 48,480 – Rs. 85,920.
- Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II): Rs. 64,820 – Rs. 93,960.
- Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMGS-III): Rs. 85,920 – Rs. 1,05,280.
- Senior Management Grade Scale-IV (SMGS-IV): Rs. 1,02,300 – Rs. 1,20,940.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications and relevant professional experience as mandated for their specific stream (IT, Law, Engineering, Security, etc.).
- A minimum of 60% marks in Graduation is stipulated for General/EWS candidates, with a 5% relaxation (minimum 55%) for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Selection Process
- Online Examination: Consists of English Language (25 marks, qualifying nature) and Professional Knowledge (100 marks).
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in the online exam will be called for an interview in a 1:3 ratio.
- Note: The Bank may optionally conduct selection solely via Personal Interview without holding the online test.

Instructions
- Application Fee: Rs. 1180/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates; Rs. 175/- (intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Candidates can only apply for ONE post. Multiple applications will lead to forfeiture of fees and cancellation of previous registrations.
- A handwritten declaration in English is mandatory and must not be written in capital letters.
- A security deposit ranging from Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 3,00,000 (depending on the scale) is required upon joining, refundable after 3 years of satisfactory service.
