Salary Details
The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 25,000/- per month for the entire duration of 3 years.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess M.Sc. in Zoology or Life Sciences with relevant research experience in Medical Microbiology or Protein Engineering. Selected candidates are required to apply for admission to the regular Ph.D. program in Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, or any other Life Science discipline offered by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for candidates is 28 years.
Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through a walk-in interview scheduled on 8th October 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM at the Department of Bioinformatics. Candidates must bring their original certificates and mark sheets for verification, along with attested photocopies of all relevant documents, a recent passport-size photograph, and a detailed CV outlining their academic qualifications and research experience.

The selected candidate will not be entitled to any claim for future appointment or absorption in the funding agency, as the position is project-specific. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the interview. Bharathidasan University is accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC in the Third Cycle.
