Salary Details
The selected candidates will receive a remuneration package based on their experience. The approximate compensation is as follows :
- Basic Pay: ₹16,338 per month
- Gross Monthly CTC: ₹29,735
- Annual CTC: Approximately ₹3,56,819
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following qualifications. Higher qualifications (Degree/PG Degree) in the same discipline are also eligible.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Civil): Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Senior Technical Assistant (S&T): Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Automobile Discipline.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Metallurgy): Full-time Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Chemical): Full-time Diploma in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology/Plastic Engineering Technology/Food/Textile/Leather Technology.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Chemistry): Full-time B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required for all posts.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post of Senior Technical Assistant is 40 years as of the last date of application submission (12.11.2025). Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of two phases :
- Written Test: A written test with 100% weightage will be conducted. The test will have 125 objective-type questions to be completed in 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking.
- Document Scrutiny: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for document verification based on the information and documents uploaded in their online application.

- Fill out the application form carefully and correctly.

- Pay the application fee online. The fee is ₹300 for General/OBC candidates and ₹100 for EWS/SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Submit the application and download a copy for future reference.

- The appointment is purely on a contract basis, initially for one year, and extendable based on project requirements and performance.
- A candidate can apply for only one vacancy (VC No.).
