Salary Details
Selected candidates will be offered the following compensation package:
- During Training (1 year): Basic pay of ₹40,000 in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000, along with IDA, HRA, and perks. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) during training is ₹11.00 lakhs per annum.
- Upon Regularization: Candidates will be absorbed as Officers in the E-2 scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA). The approximate CTC upon regularization will be ₹22.50 lakhs per annum.
Educational Qualification
- Officer Trainee (Finance): CA / ICWA (CMA) Pass.
- Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Age Limit
The upper age limit for both positions is 28 years as of November 5, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India directives :
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years over and above category relaxation
Selection Process
The selection process involves multiple stages :
- Computer Based Test (CBT): A two-hour objective test consisting of a Professional Knowledge Test (120 questions) and an Executive Aptitude Test (50 questions). There is negative marking of 1/4 for each incorrect answer.

- Behavioral Assessment
- Personal Interview
Final selection will be based on the following weightage:
- Written Test (CBT): 85%
- Group Discussion: 3%
- Personal Interview: 12%
