Salary Details
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Approx. ₹35,000–₹40,000/month (Gross)
- Officer Scale I: Approx. ₹45,000–₹50,000/month (Gross)
- Officer Scale II: Approx. ₹55,000–₹60,000/month (Gross)
- Officer Scale III: Approx. ₹65,000–₹70,000/month (Gross)
Educational Qualification
Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
- Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRB/s
- Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer
Officer Scale I
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent;
- Preference for Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy, etc.
- Proficiency in local language, working knowledge of Computer desirable
Officer Scale II (General Banking/Specialist)
- General Banking Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks (minimum) + 2 years experience as officer in bank/financial institution
- Specialist Officers: Degree in relevant field with 50% marks (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture) + 1-2 years experience as applicable
Officer Scale III
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks, preference for relevant fields + Minimum 5 years experience as an officer in bank/financial institution

- Office Assistants: ₹175 (SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM), ₹850 (Others)
- Download e-receipt and application form for future reference
Instructions
- Read notification carefully before applying
- Apply for only one post in Officers’ cadre; multiple applications will be rejected
- Keep email and mobile active till completion of process
- Fill in details correctly, as changes not allowed after submission (except limited edit window after closing date)
